ACCESS HRA mobile is a convenient app that allows you to access and manage your benefits anytime, anywhere. With this app, you can easily view important details about your case and track your benefit balances.

In the Cases section, you can check the current status of your SNAP or Cash Assistance case, as well as the balance on your EBT card. You can also view upcoming recertification dates and track your Fair Fares NYC discount status or Access-A-Ride status.

The Appointment section lets you stay organized by providing an overview of your upcoming, missed, and completed appointments. You also have the option to set reminders for your appointments directly on your phone or tablet.

In the Payments section, you can keep track of upcoming and past payments related to your case. This includes payments made to your landlord, utility company, or your EBT card.

If you need to provide documents to support your application, recertification, periodic report, or special grant request, the Required Documents section helps you keep track of what is needed. You can easily take photos of each document or select from your camera roll. The My Uploads screen allows you to view the history of documents you have uploaded. It is important to note that uploaded documents must be of good quality for the agency to review. Please check the My Documents section to verify if the agency has accepted the documents you submitted.

The Documents section displays a list of accepted documents that the agency has received from you. Each document will remain on the list for 60 days from the acceptance date.

In the Profile section, you can view and update your contact information and notification preferences. It's important to note that if you have a CA or SNAP case, you can only update your profile every 24 hours. However, if you are a Fair Fares NYC client, you can update your profile as often as needed.

With real-time notifications, you can stay informed about important updates regarding your case. This includes reminders for recertification, confirmation of online application submission, upcoming appointments, required documentation, and e-notices.

ACCESS HRA mobile is available in multiple languages, including English, Spanish, Arabic, French, Korean, Russian, and Simplified Chinese. This makes it accessible to a wide range of users.
